GO SHOOTING

Our simple reminder is to "go shooting." Most of our members shoot on their own schedules already, and we encourage that. We also encourage everyone to invite others or ask to be invited to shoot in pairs or small groups as they choose. Our recommended instructor and ranges are described here.

+ REGISTERED FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR

One of our members is a Utah registered instructor for the Utah Concealed Firearm Permit (and a member of the Utah Concealed Firearm Permit Commission). He's always happy to include us in his ongoing CFP classes or offer personalized instruction. You may contact him at:

Winton "Clark" Aposhian
Fair Warning Training
Post Office Box 71677
Salt Lake City, Utah 84171-0677
(801)943-5322 Office
(801)560-4836 Text Message

Tell him that you were referred by Stonewall Shooting Sports of Utah for a discount on a private class for groups of five or more, or regular classroom instruction. The state-CFP application fee is still US$65.25, however. The class is usually four hours.

Good luck, and let us know how your training turns out.
